These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and RemitRadar LTD covering your use of RemitRadar™ (“Site”, “RemitRadar™”, “RemitRadar”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), the mobile phone application (“App”) and the services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully. We tried to make these Terms easy to read and understand by dividing it to the various sections. 2.1. RemitRadar is a money transfer aggregation service designed to connect money transfer systems and consumers in one real-time online platform. It acts as an advocate for the interests of consumers, service providers, businesses and migrant communities, and is committed to providing the lowest possible remittance fees by actively monitoring FX rates and fees posted by all major transferring services to pinpoint the service offering the lowest possible rate and providing maximum transparency on pricing with full remittance information. RemitRadar guarantees the cheapest possible money transfer fees worldwide.
2.2. Services offered by the Site and the Application are free of charge for consumers.
3.1. RemitRadar™ is a registered trademark of RemitRadar LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom under company number OC9290853.
3.2. The company and the Terms are subject to UK legislation. As such, these Terms affect your legal rights and obligations within UK jurisdiction.
3.3. The Services are operated by RemitRadar LTD legally situated at the following address: 1-3 High Street, Great Dunmow, Essex, England, CM6 1UU, United Kingdom.
3.4. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.
3.5. RemitRadar may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, please do not access or use the Site.
4.1. Your access to and the use of the Site may be interrupted because of infringement of regulations stipulated in these Terms.
4.2. RemitRadar retains the right to suspend or stop the availability of the Site, Services at its sole discretion and without prior notification.

5.1. Age Restriction. The Site is intended for people of 18 years old and over. If you are under 18, we regret that your access to the Site is limited.
5.2. Mobile Services. This Site is also accessible via a mobile device. Note that your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply.
5.3. Not Available to Certain Users. The Service may not be available in whole or in part in different countries and jurisdictions as determined by local laws and regulations.
5.4. Service Updates. The Services are updated regularly without prior notification. RemitRadar retains the right to restrict or modify the Services, limit account holders’ access to certain Services without notification or liability.
6.1. As a condition of using the Services, as part of the registration procedure you will be required to create an account and choose a password, as well as provide personal registration information, which has to be accurate, complete and up-to-date.
6.2. You must use your real first and second names as well as a valid email.
6.3. You are solely responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
7.1. RemitRadar has a solid commitment to safeguarding your privacy. Please study RemitRadar's Privacy Policy to understand the way we collect, treat and use the information received on or through any of RemitRadar Services. The terms of RemitRadar's privacy policy are incorporated into, and are part of, these Terms.
7.2. Users’ personal information is treated and operated securely and strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8.1. You acknowledge that the Service, including but not limited to the content of our websites, text, graphics, links, buttons, logos, and images, as well as all other intellectual property, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, service marks, logos, and product and service names are owned exclusively by RemitRadar LTD.
8.2. The design of the Site and the Application and each of its elements are subject to RemitRadar LTD copyright. All rights reserved. Parts of the Site may be licensed pursuant to third party open source licensing.
8.3. You must not duplicate, copy, or reuse any parts of the HTML and CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from RemitRadar unless otherwise permitted by law.
9.1. You may terminate using the Services at any time at your choice. RemitRadar LTD may deny, limit, suspend your access to the Site or terminate your account or remove features and functions with our without prior notification, explanation or liability.
9.2. RemitRadar LTD may retain personal account information after account termination.
10.1. RemitRadar LTD is not liable for any unexpected or unauthorized charges or deductions made by a third party in the processing of the user’s order or shall not be liable for any loss of user’s funds due to the any consequences.
10.2. The following provisions limit liability of RemitRadar LTD for any losses, costs (including legal costs), damages, expenses, taxes, charges and/or any other liability in using the Services.
10.3. RemitRadar LTD excludes all further liability including special, consequential and indirect loss that for the purpose of these Terms includes without limitation, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of production, loss of data, loss of business, goodwill, delay of delivery, anticipated savings, loss caused by the failure or delay of any third party.
